A Year of Stillness
A Year of Stillness
Details
A year of sitting still long enough for the day to settle. The 365 short reflections turn your attention a month at a time to the breath, the body, the senses, thought, feeling, compassion, place, walking, listening, eating, rest and surrender. Most end with a gentle question, with ruled lines beneath to write what you noticed. Large print, one page for each day, read on paper rather than a screen.
