Our Story
Analog Society makes things for people choosing more physical life. Totes you carry until they fray. Jumpers you wear out properly. Books you write in. Objects with weight, made for the hours that never get posted.
We are not against technology, and we are not here to tell you your phone is evil. We are for the other part of your life — the conversation with a stranger, the book finished on a Sunday, the afternoon nobody has a photograph of. That part is still there. It just needs somewhere to put its keys.
Two names, one workshop
Analog Society — totes, jumpers, caps and everyday things, carrying lines worth reading twice.
Sovereign Publishing — the imprint behind our books: large-print hardcovers, memory books for families and carers, and guided memoirs that capture the stories people would never sit down to write.
Both are registered business names under one ABN, run from Sydney. Same standards, same person answering your email.
How things are made
Nothing we sell sits in a warehouse. Every piece is produced after you order it, at the facility closest to your address — posted once, locally, rather than flown around the world to reach you. Nothing is overproduced, and nothing is thrown away because it did not sell.
It also means waiting longer than you would for warehouse stock. Apparel takes a week or two. Books take three or four — they are hardcover, case wrapped, and bound one at a time. For something meant to be kept, we think that is a fair trade.
What we care about
- Legible, always. Large print and generous spacing on every page — kind to ageing eyes, and to anyone who simply wants room to think.
- Made to be kept. Hardcover keepsakes and heavyweight cotton, not things designed to be replaced next season.
- Honestly sourced. Our cryptograms and devotional titles draw on the public domain — Shakespeare, scripture, and the great minds of history — with every quotation taken from the original text rather than a quotation site.
- For the people you love. From memory books that comfort someone living with dementia, to memoirs that hold a whole life in one volume.
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide — always. No minimum, no threshold, nothing added at checkout. The price on the page is the price you pay.
