Ordering & delivery

How long will my order take?

Everything we sell is made to order, so please allow production time as well as delivery time.

Apparel, totes and caps — approximately 1–2 weeks
Paperback journals and books — approximately 10–12 business days
Hardcover books — approximately 4 weeks

These are estimates. They can run longer to remote destinations and during busy periods, particularly November and December.

I'm buying a gift. How far ahead should I order?

Hardcovers about six weeks ahead, paperbacks about three weeks ahead, and apparel at least two weeks ahead.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide — always. No minimum, no threshold, and nothing added at checkout. The price on the page is the price you pay.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship worldwide, and tracking details are sent once your parcel is dispatched.

Why did my order arrive in two parcels?

Books and apparel are produced at different facilities. If your order contains both, they are shipped separately and may arrive a few days apart.

Apparel

What size should I order?

Every apparel product page has a full size guide with garment measurements in both centimetres and inches. Our sizing is unisex and cut to a modern retail fit, so if you prefer a looser look, size up.

Is the sizing unisex?

Yes. All Analog Society apparel is unisex.

What is it made from?

Cotton and cotton blends, varying by garment — solid-colour tees are combed and ring-spun cotton, while heather colours are a cotton-polyester blend. The exact composition for each item is listed in the product description.

How should I wash it?

Cold machine wash, tumble dry on low or hang dry, and store out of direct sunlight. Full care instructions are on each product page.

Where is it printed?

Printed to order by our production partner using direct-to-garment printing, then shipped straight to you. Designed by Analog Society in Sydney.

Can I exchange it for a different size?

Because each garment is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for the wrong size being selected. Please check the size guide before ordering — it has real measurements, not just S/M/L.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Books

What is the print quality like?

Our hardcovers are case-wrap hardcovers with a matte finish and premium black-and-white interior paper, in a generous 8.5″ × 11″ format — large print throughout, one puzzle or prompt per page. Paperbacks are 6″ × 9″ on cream uncoated stock.

What if my book arrives damaged or less than perfect?

We reprint it or refund you — no return needed. Reply to your order email within 30 days with a photo and a real person will make it right.

Are the quotations real?

Yes. Every quotation in every book is verified word-for-word against its original public-domain source. What you read is the real historical wording, never invented or misattributed.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production — once printing or printing-to-garment has begun we may no longer be able to change them.
