Shipping
Free worldwide shipping on every order. The price on the page is the price you pay.
Everything is made after you order it, at the facility closest to your address.
- Paperback journals and books — approximately 10–12 business days
- Hardcover books — approximately 2.5–3 weeks
- Apparel, totes and caps — approximately 1–2 weeks
These are estimates; allow longer for remote destinations and through November and December. Orders containing both books and apparel arrive as separate parcels.
Returns
If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you in full. It costs you nothing, and you will not be asked to post anything back — just email us with your order number and a photo, within 14 days of delivery for books and within 30 days for apparel, totes and caps.
Because every piece is made individually for your order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or size selection. There is a full size guide on every apparel page.
None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
