The Roads I Remember (Hardcover)
The Roads I Remember (Hardcover)
Details
Photographs tell you where you went. They do not tell you the argument at the border, the stranger who helped, or why one ordinary afternoon is the one you still think about. This book records the part the camera missed.
For lifelong travellers, for a retirement or milestone-birthday gift, and for anyone with a shelf of albums and no account of what actually happened.
Two hundred questions across first trips, family holidays, the first time abroad, the honeymoon, the big trip, the disasters, the small discoveries and the places you never got to. Room to paste in a ticket, a map or a postcard.
