  2. Ask, or hand it over

    They can write the answers themselves, or you can ask the questions aloud and write down what they say.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Shipping is free to every country we deliver to, on every order, with no minimum.

How long will it take to arrive?

Books usually arrive in about 10 days. Each one is printed after you order it.

Who writes in it?

Either of you. Give the book to them to fill in at their own pace, or sit together, ask the questions aloud and write down the answers.

What if my book arrives damaged?

Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not be asked to send anything back.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because every book is printed for your order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
