What I Want My Grandchildren to Know (Hardcover)
Details
This is the book to write while you can still write it: two hundred things you want your grandchildren to know, set down in your own hand for people who may read it long after you are gone. For grandparents who are better on paper than in conversation, for those with grandchildren overseas or not yet born, and for anyone who wants to leave more than furniture. The questions cover who you were before them, the mistakes you would rather they skip, the family stories that would otherwise go, and the plain advice you would give if you had one afternoon and their full attention.
