Many of our products are made to order. Minor variations that are inherent to printing, binding, manufacturing or screen representation may occur.

Nothing in this section excludes your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee that applies under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Product descriptions, availability and specifications may change from time to time. We reserve the right to discontinue products and, where permitted by law, limit quantities or availability by person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

Analog Society reserves the right to accept or decline an order where permitted by law. An order is accepted once we confirm acceptance and successfully process the applicable payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many of our products are made to order, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order once it has entered production.

If we cannot accept an order, or if an order must be changed or cancelled, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information and/or telephone number provided with your order.

Returns, refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and your rights under applicable consumer law.

Purchases made through our retail store are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed with us.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to any applicable discount or promotion, and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, prices on our store are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, within Australia and internationally. There is no minimum order value.

Taxes, duties, customs charges or import fees may apply depending on the destination and applicable law. Where these charges are not collected by us at checkout, they may be payable separately by the recipient.

Delivery may be affected by production times, destination, carrier delays, customs processing, seasonal demand, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Books and apparel may be produced at different facilities. If your order contains products from different production facilities, your order may arrive in separate parcels.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Shopify's name, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify or its applicable rights holders.

All other trademarks appearing through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.
