Refund & Returns Policy

Everything we sell is made to order. Each item is produced individually after you place your order. This helps reduce unnecessary waste, and it shapes how returns work.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

APPAREL, TOTES AND CAPS

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Every product page includes a size guide with measurements. Please check it carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, materially different from the product listing, or you receive the wrong item, colour or size, please contact us.

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We'll assess the problem and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

BOOKS

Our books and journals are printed individually for each order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your book arrives damaged, defective, misbound, misprinted, has missing pages, or is materially different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Where applicable, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once production has begun, we may no longer be able to cancel or change the order.
