Delivery & returns
- Made to order. Made for you after you order, not pulled from a warehouse.
- Delivery: approximately 1–2 weeks, tracked.
- Shipping: free on orders over A$99. Below that, A$9.95 within Australia and A$14.95 internationally.
- Two sizes: S–M and L–XL. Structured fit with a curved visor.
- Damaged or misprinted? Email hello@sovereign-publishing.com within 30 days with photos and we will replace it at no cost.
Shipping
Free worldwide shipping on every order. The price on the page is the price you pay.
Everything is made after you order it, at the facility closest to your address.
- Books and keepsake journals — about 10 days
- Apparel, totes and caps — 1–2 weeks
Orders containing both arrive as separate parcels. Planning a gift? Allow an extra week through November and December.
Returns
If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you in full. It costs you nothing, and you will not be asked to post anything back — just email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo.
Because every piece is made individually for your order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or size selection. There is a full size guide on every product page.
