Orders containing both arrive as separate parcels. Planning a gift? Allow an extra week through November and December.
Returns
If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you in full. It costs you nothing, and you will not be asked to post anything back — just email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo.
Because every piece is made individually for your order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or size selection. There is a full size guide on every product page.
